The Rosy Glow
Here is a facial yoga exercises that is really energizing for the face. This is for anybody who is looking to put volume back in their cheeks, maybe you have quite dull skin, and to boost elasticity and collagen. So this move is really good to do in the morning and evening because it really will brighten the complexion as well. It’s called the rosy glow.
So we’re going to be working all three layers of the skin and the muscle here. We’re going to use our two fingers and thumb and we are going to slowly pinch and lift off the muscle slightly twist and come off. Doesn’t matter whether you do alternatively or together, it’s completely up to you. We are like squeezing out a towel. We get underneath that muscle and we are squeezing with a slight twist. And we’re just pulling the muscles slightly off the bone here which is really good for toning, really boosting the circulatory system and the lymphatic system by doing this.
It’s called the Rosie glow because literally within 30 seconds to one minute, you will have a really nice glow and your face will feel like it’s on fire. You can really feel this move working.
