Perfect Lunch/Breakfast Option

Hello. So today I want to talk through super easy, delicious lunch or a breakfast option, that’s going to give you a nutrient boost that you need.

Of course, I am talking about a bowl.

There are so many different variations that you can do with a bowl. Whether it be green beans or lettuce face and then adding on all your different toppings. So today, that’s exactly what I want to talk through.

First and foremost, the base of your bowl, either a half a cup of greens or a cup to two cups of leafy greens. Is a great place to start.

Then you want to add on your protein.

You can do plant based protein or you can do a meat based protein. So one of the options I have here is ground turkey. It’s super easy to add on. When I add my ground turkey, I’m usually going more for a Mexican route, but you don’t have to.

Another option, as I mentioned, plant based, you can use beans or some type of legumes for that plant based protein option. And then you want to start to layer on your veggies and or fruit if you’re doing something a little bit sweeter. These can be raw or cooked.

Here this is where you can get creative adding as much as you want, really working through the rainbow. So you want greens, you want purple, you want all of the different colors to really help get those nutrients.

Then you finish off with some type of sauce or some type of dressing, really working towards having just two tablespoons of your sauce or your dressing.I love to add avocado or a hot sauce as a nice dressing on top of my bowls.

Then you can mix it all together and super easy. Ready to go. You have your bowl for lunch or dinner.

I am so excited for you to book your next class on Amphy.com and I cannot wait to see you.
