Hi. I’m Alexa Hanshaw and I’m going to talk through a few stress management
tips for you.
First and foremost, once you have a stressful moment, take a few minutes to reflect on what the stressor was, what caused the stress, and then also how you reacted to the stress.
I want you to recognize that stress is inevitable. But how we handle chronic stress is how we can really improve our stress management and improve our lives.
Also, really take a few moments to breathe in the moment during the stress or immediately following the stress. And that can be as simple as closing your eyes and taking a few nasal breaths.
